- Usage & behavior data: Interaction logs, app activity, scheduling/todo usage—all anonymized or identifiable depending on use.
- Device & analytics data: Device type, OS version, performance metrics, preferably collected through third‑party analytics.
- Children’s data: Ava is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect or store data from children. If discovered, we will delete it immediately (COPPA‑style protection).

- To deliver and enhance Ava’s scheduling, reminders, and family‑coordination features.
- To personalize your experience (e.g., suggest time‑saving workflows).
- To share announcements, new features, offers—you can opt out anytime.
